1. This is a strand of mutated rabies called Genotype 8
2. Similar, but paling in comparison, to the bubonic plague. A victim's skin would lose vibrancy until it was a ashen gray, similar to a corpse. Often dark sores and bruises would appear sporadically upon the body. A victim's eyesight would slowly adapt a red monochromatic view. In rare cases, victim's would abscess's on the forehead.
3. Victim's often lose eyesight, become extremely sensitive to sunlight, and lose appetite.
4. Emotional changes include panophobia and hallucinations
5. Victim's show no change in abilities.
6. Out of fear of most thing and light sensitivity, victims often adapt to a night routine.
7. Food preferences slightly differ in semi-solid and fleshy meats; such as oatmeal, peaches, and bloody steak. 
8. Victims avoid social interaction out of fear of infecting, and non victims avoid interaction out of fear of infection.
9. Younger victims continue quarantined schooling, if health permits, while older victims no longer attend working occupations. 
10. Stage 2 victims are often quarantined until found cure.
